If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Bangkok888 or any third party providers or distributors should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above described functions or uses of this site or its content, the liability of, Bangkok888 and any third party providers and distributors shall in no event exceed, Thai Baht THB 2500.00 (Thai Baht Two Thousand Five Hundred Only), whichever is lower.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices on this site shall be exclusive of all taxes, levies, fees, airport pick up charges and all other charges together with any fine, penalty or interest payable because of your default.
